I think we shouldn't dinner too much at night... that's why I chose the lightests options.

We can cook Cesar Salad.There are the ingredients:
* 1 large egg
* 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
* 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
* 1 medium garlic clove, crushed
* 1 pinch salt
* 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
* 1 teaspoon capers
* 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
* 1/3 cup virgin olive oil
* 2 medium heads of romaine lettuce -- outer leaves removed
* 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese -- gratedAnd a lot of patience ;)
We can prepare a
* Rice (as much as we like)

We can prepare a Irish potato salad. Igredients:
*900 g potatoes / small new potatoes.
*Sprig of mint.
*(15-30 ml) olive oil.
*1 onion, finely chopped.
*175 g bacon / bacon, chopped.
*1-2 cloves garlic, crushed.
*(30 ml) chopped parsley.
*1-2 stalks green onions / chives.
*(15 ml) wine vinegar or cider.
*(15-30 ml) Irish grain mustard .
*Salt and pepper to taste.
We will have to make a vegetable sandwich.
- Toast bread
-Mix all ingredients a bowl.
- Take the mayonnaise in the bowl and stir.
Take the ingredients in the bread and enjoy the sandwich.

Cook on medium heat under the grill, on the barbecue or in a pan untill the patty is cooked to your preferred degree.
In the bread spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves, add a thin slice of onion, some lettuce. Top it off with a little mayo and ketchup.

-6 oz Fine Oatmeal
