I think we shouldn't dinner too much at night... that's why I chose the lightests options.
This is my opinion, I accept suggestions ^^

  • We can cook Cesar Salad.There are the ingredients:
  • * 1 large egg
    * 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    * 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    * 1 medium garlic clove, crushed
    * 1 pinch salt
    * 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
    * 1 teaspoon capers
    * 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    * 1/3 cup virgin olive oil
    * 2 medium heads of romaine lettuce -- outer leaves removed
    * 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese -- gratedAnd a lot of patience ;)

  • We can prepare a rice salad. Ingredients:
    * Rice (as much as we like)
    * Sausages
    * Corn
    * York ham
    * Omelette (huevos revueltos, no tortilla xD)

  • We can prepare a Irish potato salad. Igredients:
*900 g potatoes / small new potatoes.
*Sprig of mint.
*(15-30 ml) olive oil.
*1 onion, finely chopped.
*175 g bacon / bacon, chopped.
*1-2 cloves garlic, crushed.
*(30 ml) chopped parsley.
*1-2 stalks green onions / chives.
*(15 ml) wine vinegar or cider.
*(15-30 ml) Irish grain mustard .
*Salt and pepper to taste.

We will have to make a vegetable sandwich.

hard-boiled egg

- Toast bread
-Mix all ingredients a bowl.
- Take the mayonnaise in the bowl and stir.
Take the ingredients in the bread and enjoy the sandwich.

We can prepared a hamburguer:

Cook on medium heat under the grill, on the barbecue or in a pan untill the patty is cooked to your preferred degree.
In the bread spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves, add a thin slice of onion, some lettuce. Top it off with a little mayo and ketchup.

For the boys that they have afraid to cook. :) It's very easy! Look!
1.Heat water.
2.Bring to the boil, add salt and macaroni.
3.Bring mixture to boil again, reduce the heat, stir for about 8 minutes.
4.Drained macaroni.
5.Add the tomato and ready.

Gazpacho from Spain

8 red tomatoes
2 cucumbers pequennos
1 slice bread
2 cloves garlic
2 peppers
quart of oil

Grind in blender peppers ,tomatoes, peeled cucumbers, garlic, bread, and oil with a dash of vinegar, a little water and salt.
When well mixed, pour everything in the source that will be served and add water until it becomes the consistency of light cream. Serve very cold.

  • For dessert, we can prepare oat cakes. Here, we can see the ingredients and instructions:

    Makes 8 Cakes -6 oz Fine Oatmeal -2 oz Flour -1 teaspoon of Salt -10 fl oz of Warm Water Mix the flour and salt together. Slowly add the warm water. Roll out the mixture on a floured board and knead until 1/4 inch thick. Cut into triangles. Cook on a pan or griddle until golden on both sides. Dry out in a cool oven at 150C/300F until crisp - eat with butter.

We can prepare a tradicional sweet pastries (torrijas), we can see the ingredients and instructions:

1. Cut sliced bread more or less thick. Beat the eggs.

-4 Shannon Traditional Irish Sausages (Bangers)
-4 slices of Shannon Traditional White Breakfast Pudding
-4 slices of Shannon Traditional Black Breakfast Pudding
-4 Medium size tomatoes
-4 eggs
-Freshly ground pepper

Preparation :
Saute bacon over low heat, by turning frequently until done to taste. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Keep hot. It is important to keep in mind that Irish bacon is not cooked crisp hard. Place sausages in pan and cook until brown on all sides. Cut the tomatoes in half and fry with slices of pudding in the bacon fat. Remove and keep hot. All the above items can also be boiled instead of being fried. Cook eggs to order.

Pasta salad and bacon

- 400 grams of pasta (shells, spirals or macaroni)
- cheese (about 200 gr)

- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 4 tomatoes
